The MTI mode supports scanning over 360-degrees. The nominal MTI scan is from 60 to 120-deg off the velocity vector or ground track on either side of the aircraft. It is shown here centered about broadside. The strip mode is usually broadside either left or right of the ground track. Variable resolutions, swaths and offset ranges out to 10-Km are selectable. Full motion compensation is provided.
